123av Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Betting

By accessing, registering on, or using the 123av platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement becomes effective at the moment you tick the acceptance box during account registration on 123av and remains in effect throughout your use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided through the 123av website and any associated mobile applications. They govern your use of sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, the Aviator game, fishing games, poker, and all other products and features available on 123av, as well as all promotions, bonuses, and competitions offered by the platform.

123av reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of 123av after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use 123av, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 123av does not permit minors to register or use any of its services under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other organisations may not register personal player accounts on 123av.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have an active self-exclusion in place at 123av.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be using 123av on behalf of another person or third party.
• Your use of 123av must not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

123av reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time during your account's lifetime. If requested documentation is not provided within the time period specified, your account may be suspended and withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 123av. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended with balances held for review.

When registering your 123av account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or use another person's personal details. The information you provide at registration must match the details on your valid government-issued identity documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 123av account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 123av recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

• You must notify 123av immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 123av will never ask you for your password by email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from someone claiming to represent 123av should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• 123av is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred due to your failure to protect your credentials.

123av reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been opened with inaccurate information, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these Terms.

All deposits on 123av are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 123av accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

All funds deposited into your 123av account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You may not use a payment method belonging to another person to fund your account. 123av reserves the right to request evidence that the payment method is in your name at any point.

• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 123av balance instantly in the vast majority of cases.
• Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to four banking hours to process depending on your bank.
• 123av does not charge deposit fees on any payment method, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
• Deposited funds cannot be reversed once a bet or game round has been initiated using those funds.

If a deposit is made in error, please contact 123av support immediately with full details of the transaction. We will review the situation and, where technically possible and in line with payment provider policies, take reasonable steps to assist.

Withdrawals from your 123av account are paid in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the payment method you have registered. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. 123av does not charge withdrawal fees — the full requested amount is sent to you.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of a valid request being submitted during standard operating hours. IBFT bank transfers may take between two and four banking hours. Processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high platform traffic.

• Your withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or be a verified payment method registered to your name.
• Before your first withdrawal, 123av may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid CNIC or passport. This is a standard procedure.
• Withdrawals associated with active bonuses or pending wagering requirements will be held until the relevant requirements have been met.
• 123av reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. If your withdrawal is held for review, we will contact you within 24 hours with further information.

123av offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable across all 123av promotions:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are only available to players with one active account. Players who have opened multiple accounts are not eligible for any 123av promotions.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from your account without prior notice.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward clearing wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets and Aviator game rounds contribute at a higher rate than casino table games. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• 123av reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation, or a technical error causing unintended bonus awards.

All bets placed on 123av are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game product. Game-specific rules for all casino and crash game products are displayed within the individual game interfaces. Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures for cancelled events, void bets, and in-play bet acceptance conditions, are published in the sports betting rules section of the 123av platform.

General betting rules applicable across all 123av products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the 123av system cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the player except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules.
• 123av reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — for example, a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical fault or data feed error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event on sports betting, and per round on casino and crash games. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface.
• Bets placed after the official result of an event is known — commonly referred to as "past-posting" — will be voided regardless of how the bet was placed or accepted.
• 123av is not responsible for bets placed during internet connectivity issues on your end. If a bet was not confirmed by the 123av system, it was not accepted.

123av is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for every player on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to place bets, interact with games, or access any 123av service.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any 123av game or system to gain a financial advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds on 123av without genuine gaming intent and withdrawing them to clean illicit funds.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent credentials, or another person's identity to fund or operate a 123av account.
• Placing bets based on insider information relating to sports events in a way that constitutes match-fixing or corruption of sporting integrity.

123av cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in investigating any suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity connected to the platform.

123av reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, provision of false registration information, or a threat to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 123av will communicate with the affected player by the contact details on file and aim to resolve the matter within 14 working days. Legitimate funds in a suspended account that are confirmed to belong to the account holder following a completed investigation will be returned in full.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 123av support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to activate self-exclusion instead — see Section 11.

123av collects and processes personal data about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 123av, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting 123av support. Please note that certain data must be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes regardless of a deletion request.

Nothing in these Terms or your use of 123av grants you any ownership rights or licence to use 123av's intellectual property beyond your personal, non-commercial access to the platform as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or otherwise use any 123av intellectual property for any commercial or public purpose without the prior written consent of 123av.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123av's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your 123av account in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

123av is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of 123av;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events;
• Any financial loss incurred as a result of your own gambling decisions;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with transactions on your account;
• Technical errors or connectivity issues on your device or network that affect the placement or settlement of bets.

Nothing in these Terms limits 123av's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
